7 English Troubleshooting The following are possible situations that may arise during the use of your computer, and each is followed by simple answers and solutions. Q: I pressed the power switch bu t the system did not boot up. A: Check the LED loc ated above the power switch.
Troubleshooting 8 English A: Check the following: • The volume may be muted. Look for the Volum e icon o n the taskbar. If it is crossed-out, clic k on the icon and deselect the mute option. You ca n also press the volu me control/mut e knob on your USB keyboard to toggle the mute function.
