PKGP -PRC0 03-EN 5 Easy to Install, Service and Maintain Because today’ s owner s are very cost- conscious when it comes to service and maintenance, the T rane Precedent was designed with direct input from service contractor s.
6 PKGP -PRC0 03-EN F eatures and Benef its Black Epoxy Pre-Coated Coils The pre-coated coils are an economical option for protection in mildly corrosive environments.
PKGP -PRC0 03-EN 7 High Pressure Cutout This factory-installed option is offered for units that do not have High Pressure Cutout as standard. All 3-phase units with scroll compressors include High Pressure cutout as standard.
8 PKGP -PRC0 03-EN Unit Cabinet The compact cabinet with rounded corners takes up less room and is less costly to ship. The beveled and ribbed top is not only aesthetically pleasing, it is designed to prevent water from pooling.
PKGP -PRC0 03-EN 9 Easy to Install Convertible Units – The units ship in a downflow configuration. They can be easily converted to horizontal by simply moving two panels. – Units come complete with horizontal duct flanges so the contractor doesn’t have to field fabricate them.
10 PKGP -PRC0 03-EN Through the Base Electrical with Disconnect Switch Factory installed 3-pole, molded case, disconnect switc h with provisions for through the base electrical connections are available.
PKGP -PRC0 03-EN 11 Application of this product should be within the cataloged airflow and cooling considerations. Low Ambient Cooling The Precedent™ line features, with ReliaT el™ microprocessor controls, low ambient cooling down to 0°F . Barometric Relief This product line offers an optional barometric relief damper .
12 PKGP -PRC0 03-EN Cooling Capacity Step 1 Calculate the building’ s total and sensible cooling loads at design conditions. Use the T rane calculation methods or any other standard accepted method.
