5 Fit T he V aporiz ers The V aporizers are designed to vaporise f ats and juices from your f ood. The V aporizers reduce flare-ups and help to add that great barbecue flav our . T o install the V aporizer(s), remo ve all plastic and/or cardboard pac kaging material and place the V aporizer into position on the right hand side of the barbecue.
6 Mobile Inst allation - P ort able LPG Recommended minimum LPG cylinder capacity for use with this appliance is 4kg / 9 lb. Maximum portable LPG cylinder capacity for use with this appliance is 9 kg / 20 lb. Ensure the cylinder v alve and barbecue control knobs are all of f .
7 Fix ed Inst allation - P ort able LP Gas/P ropane . Connect the gas supply line to the barbecue inlet located on the right side of the appliance using either hard plumbing, or a flexible hose connected to a bay onet point. Ref er to your local installation code for pipe sizing details.
8 Using Y our B arbecue B efore Y ou Light T he B arbecue P erform the f ollowing c hec ks • Make sure all gas connections are tight and leak tested. Gas regulators that are fit ted with a hand- tightening wheel should be c hec ked to ensure that the connection is secure.
9 Af ter Use It is a good idea to leav e the barbecue on for about 1 0 minutes af ter you hav e finished cooking . This helps to burn away a ny ex cess food residues and oil, and mak es cleaning easier . 1 . Be sure to t urn of f all control knobs as well as the cylinder v alve.
