THRESHOLD SETTING For the printer to maintain a constant print position it uses the transmissive sensor to measure the amount of light passing through the gap between labels. When the paper is pre-printed, the darker (or more dense) inks can interfere with this process causing paper jam errors.

11-1 EO1-33019 11. GENERAL MAINTENANCE 1 1. GENERAL MAINTENANCE 11.1 CLEANING To help retain the high quality and performance of your printer it should be regularly cleaned. The greater the usage of the printer, the more frequent the cleaning. (i.e. low usage=weekly : high usage=daily).
