The Harbormaster Telescope First attach the legs to base using 3 leg bolts 26 and 3 leg nuts 5. Then line up parts 11, 22, 17, and 8 as shown. Set cradle on top of base, and thread bolt into cradle. Bolt 11 should be secured tight. A 1/2 inch socket wrench is needed for this operation.
