Electric connections • Check the details given on the rating plat e situat ed on the oven making sure that the rated mains voltage and power available are suitable for its operation. • Before making the electric conne ctions, check the efficiency of the earthing system.

6. TIME AND ALARM SET After the first connection of the oven to the mains s up ply, the display shows the preset language. You can change the language by pressing the “-“ o “+“ button. This may be confirmed using the mode button or is accepted automatically after 10 se conds.
When the time has run down an alarm will be heard – this can be stopped by pres sing one of the two “-“ and “+” buttons. The display will ask if c ontinue to cook or switch off. To end the program turn the s elector knob to the OFF position.
10. FAULT ANALYSIS • If the probe is not working the display will show “ PROBE FAULT ” Other automatic fault displays are: • 01 Service = Short circuit PT sensor • 02 Service = Probe break PT sen sor • 11 Service = EEPROM - fault 11.

B- Loose n the screws that fix the c ommand panel. They can be found in the following positions: - On the side SS profiles of the oven On the basement of the control panel (the part with the slits for the air cooling) C- Rotate the control panel as shown.
Note: if the serial numb er of the model is LATE R tha n 0626000 the operation described at step D -E- F are not required as the oven is alrea dy assembled with the locking assemblies on each side D- Loose n the screws of the rear cover.
It is necessar y to carr y out the operation s desc ribed in t he exact o rder give n below , to allow access to the rear part of the door frame. The door has two pivot s whi ch g o to the locking assembl ies . The y are placed behind the door frame. On the opposite side of the frame there are two plates which cover t he hole s.
H- On the oven door, un s crew the handle and reverse its position. You should do the same with the locking pivots as we ll. Once all of these steps have been completed , you should re -assemble all of the components. It is particul arly important to ensure that no wir ing has been dama ged during th e doo r reversal operation.
