IINTRODUCTION Y our Digital Pictur e Frame (DPF) enables y ou to view digital pictures fr om either a memor y car d or from a USB drive. The DPF is c ompatible with the following car d formats: SD™ (Secure Disk), MMC™(Multimedia C ard), MS™ (Memory Stick) and SDHC (Secure Disk High C apacity).

GET TING ST ARTED HANDSET PREP ARA TION Remove the pr otective strip fr om the batter y compartment to activate the battery . If the handset behaves err atically or fails t o operate the ba tter y should be replaced . 1: Pr ess the catch a t the side of the battery compartment.
CONNECTING POWER Plug the DC power jack of the adapter in to the DC socket in the DPF . Plug the power adapter in to the mains point. Switch on a t the mains. Switch the ON /OFF swit ch on the frame to ON. • Y ou can leave the po wer switch on, and use the button on the handset to turn the frame on or set it t o Standby mode.
INST ALLING A USB DE VICE OR MEMORY CARD T o insert a memor y card . P osition the card with the cr opped corner facing the bottom of the scr een and press gen tly in. T o release a memory card . Grip both sides of the card and gen tly pull out. When rst switched on the pictures will displa y as a Slide Show.
VIEWING PIC TURES Switch the ON /OFF swit ch on the frame to ON or pr ess the button on the handset to bring the frame out of S tandby . If there is a memory device inserted the device will star t a slideshow . When the frame det ects a memor y devices it displays all the viewable images.
NA VIGA TING A SLIDESHOW VIA THE OSD MENU During a slideshow: Pr ess the OSD key The OSD menu appears on the scr een and slideshow pauses. Pr ess the or k ey on the handset to navigate between the icons on the OSD menu. 1 T o start the slide show from the curr ent picture, highligh t and press OK on the handset .
THUMBNAIL MODE Y ou can enter thumbnail mode in two wa ys: During a Slideshow: Pr ess the key . The pictures displa y in pages of 15 thumbnails. The pictur e you wer e viewing is highlighted . Picture details appear a t the bottom. The number of pages of thumbnails appears at the top righ t.
SYSTEM SETUP Acc ess the Main Menu. Select SETUP: Press OK . (Y ou can also press the SETUP k ey on the handset to enter Setup) Pr ess or to select a setup menu. A highlight indicat es the menu. Pr ess OK to ent er the menu and display the menu cont ents.
Setting the Language The language setting aects all the menus and selections in the DPF . Pr ess or to select Language. P ress OK Pr ess or to select a language . Pr ess OK to conrm and return . Setting the Brightness, Con trast and Saturation. These paramet ers are all set in the same manner .
DEF AUL T This setting r eturns the DPF to factor y settings. Pr ess or to select Default. P ress OK. Pr ess or to t oggle YES/NO . Pr ess OK to conifrm If you select NO: you will be r eturned to the Setup Screen. If you select YES: the screen will momen tarily blank.
