2 Chapter 1 Getting star ted EN Impor tant inf ormation Safety Ensur e that y our domestic mains supply v oltage matches the voltage indicated on the identification stick er located at the back of your set. The TV set's components ar e sensitiv e to heat.
3 Getting star ted EN 1. Inser t two LR03 or AAA batteries in the remote contr ol. Precautions on using batteries: - Only use the batter y types specified. - Make sure you use the correct polar ity . - Do not mix new and used batteries . - Do not use rechargeable batteries .
Getting star ted 4 EN Remote contr ol TV functions Most of your tele vision’ s functions ar e a vailable via the menus that appear on the scr een. The r emote control supplied with your set can be used to na vigate thr ough the menus and to configur e all the general settings.

6 Chapter 2 Channel set-up EN Initial set-up Initial set-up inv olves selecting all the settings requir ed to be able to sear ch for and store all the channels y ou can receiv e . Mak e sure that the tele vision is switched on and follo w all the steps in turn specified on this page.
7 Channel set-up EN Naming or renaming channels The Select PR line is selected. Displa y the number of the channel whose name you want to change using the PR+/PR- buttons. The rele vant channel appears. Select the PR name option and pr ess the button to place the cursor on the first character .
