The LCD is used to show the curr ent operat ing mode of the f reezing cy linders. T he LCD also indicat es whether ther e is enough syr up, CO 2 , and water being supplied to the freezer.

T he fault descr iption will indicate if there is a f ault in one of t he fr eezing cylinders . When t he actual f ault is corr ected, the war ning tone will stop.
19 Mo dels 345, 346, 349, 355 Imp ortan t: T o t he Operat or 6. SYRUP PRESS LOW - W hen the syr up out indicator dis plays a lack of s yrup, a 15 m inute internal ti mer will s tart. A t this time, no ref rigeration or produc t flow f rom t he flow contr ol will be allowed.

The M odel 349 c ontains four 7 quart (6. 6 liter) f reezing cylinder s. CAUTI ON: T his u ni t is pressu rized wh en in oper ation.
25 Mo dels 345, 346, 349, 355 Op eratin g Proced ures Note: T he drive shaf t bushing m ust be positioned in the c enter of t he drive s haft s eal. Slide the s eal and bushing over t he shaft and groove until it s naps into place.

A r eading higher than t his would cause a darker, richer pr oduct. The refrigerat ion syst em would have t o r un longer t o freeze this ex cess syr up.

Inst all the hood in posit ion on top of t he freez er . 90 Day Closing P rocedur e We recomm end that t he machine be completely disass embled and cleaned at leas t every ninet y days using the f ollowing procedures .
36 Mo dels 345, 346, 349, 355 Op eratin g Proced ures Step 6 Raise the pr ime plug. Plac e an empty pail under t he door spout . When cleaning solution begins to exit t he relief port opening in t he freez er door, lower t he prime plug. Pr ess the O FF key .
