4 PREP ARA TION FOR USE Unpacking and Setup • • • Carefully remove the unit from the display carton and remove all packing material from the unit itself. The detachable AC power cord is packed in the carton separately from the unit. Make sure that the AC power cord is not accidentally discarded with the carton or packing material.
5 RADIO OPERA TION TO PLA Y THE RADIO 1. 2. 3. 4. Switch the Function control to AM or FM position. T urn the TUNING control to select a station. Adjust the VOLUME control as desried. When you have finished listening, turn the Function control to the OFF position.

If the STOP ( ) button was pressed, the programmed tracks will remain in memory. Simply press the PROGRAM button and then the PLA Y/P AUSE ( ) button to continue Program playback.
