IF YOU HA VE A JACK ON THE W ALL Connect the TV to the wall-mounted antenna jack with on RF cable (commercially available). IF YOU HA VE A WIRED CABLE Connect the TV to the wired antenna cable. • Before plugging the antenna into the ANT jack of the unit, check that the pin is not bent.

EN - 12 - AUTO CHANNEL PROGRAMMING As the initial setting, this unit has memorized all channels, including the ones not available in your area. This feature automatically puts only available channels into the memory . 1 Press [SETUP] then press [ K ] or [ L ] to point to “CHANNEL SET UP” .
• Shaded buttons are used for following operation. The unit’ s picture controls, brightness, contrast, color , tint and sharpness, are preset to factory speci- fications. Although they are usually the best, you may need to make some further adjustments for a more natural looking image.
EN - 14 - Y ou can view specially labeled (cc) TV programs, movies, news and pre-recorded tapes with either a dialogue caption or text display . CAPTION mode: Y ou can watch dramas, movies and news while captioning the dialogues and the contents of news.

GETTING ST ARTED T urn on the power of amplifier and any other compo- nents, if necessary . 1 Press [PO WER] then the power will turn on. 2 Open the disc door manually . 3 Inser t a disc with the label facing bac k of the unit to star t playing it.
