SET UP FOR USE Y o u can program the tuner to s can all the channels you receive in your area. Y ou must use the remote contr o l for th e thi s p r ocedur e. NOTE: Channel memory programming is NOT needed when connected to a cable box or satellite box.
CHANNEL SET UP AGAIN Make s ure ... ● Press the POWER b utton to turn on the TV/VCR . ● You must use the remote control for the following steps. 1 Select "CHANNEL SET UP" Press the MENU b utton. Pre ss the PLA Y/ ▲ or ST OP/ ▼ butto n to po int to " CHANNEL SET UP".
CLOCK SET UP (AUTO / MANUAL) Set the clock accurately for prop er auto matic timer recording. If the Public Broadcasting Station (PBS) is available in your area, follow "AUT O CLOCK SETTING". If it is not, fo llow "MANUAL CLOCK SETTING".

TIMER AUT OMA TIC TIMER RECORDING Y o u may set the T V/VCR to start an d end a recording while you are away . Y ou can set 8 p rograms to record on specific day s, daily or weekly within a 1 year period.
