6 U s i n g y o u r S u n b e a m C a f é M o k a 1. Place your caffé maker on a flat, level surface. 2. Unscrew the upper caffé chamber from the base, by holding the base with one hand and turning the upper caffé chamber anticlockwise with the other , see figure 1.
7 5. Using the measuring spoon supplied, fill the stainless steel filter with a medium-fine espresso grind, see figure 4. Level off and with the other end of the measuring spoon, use the tamper to push (pack) down the coffee grinds, see figure 5. W ipe around the edge of the filter to remove any coffee grinds, see figure 6.

9 M o k a C o f f e e g u i d e For best results regardless of the amount or strength of coffee being made, the stainless steel filter needs to be completely filled with ground coffee. Using the measuring spoon supplied, this is approximately 6 level scoops of ground coffee.
