LMM Owner’s M anual -4- ASSEMBLY ASSEMBLE THE HANDLE SECTIONS (FIG. A) Fit the lower section of the handle so tha t the ho les are over the handle posts on the mower. Th en rock the handle to align th e locking tabs and allow the handle section to fit in to place.
LMM Owner’s Manual -5- NORMAL MOWING To obtain a clean cut, push the mower in straig ht lines (passes) at a deli berate wa lking pace . Overlap the passes to even the cut and to avoid an y uncut strips. Mower wor ks best in dry grass. Wet grass c auses an un even cut.
LMM Owner’s M anual -6- 4. Now check the adjustment using the smal l 0.05mm/0.002 inch gauge (silver strip) supplied with the LMM (or any 0.05mm/0.00 2 inch feeler gauge) . If the gauge is held by the cy linder blades but the cylind er and cutting bar are n o t touching then the adjustment i s correct.
