LIFTS AND JACKS When using a lift or jack to rai se a vehicle, always foll ow instruct ions concerni ng jack-u p points and weight limits t o prevent the vehi cle from f alling, which c ould result in inju ry. NT-4 NOTE Note 8. TIE-DOWN S Tie downs are used when transpor ting vehicles and when usi ng the chassis dynamo. Attach tie downs only to the spe cified points on the vehi cle.

NT-8 NOTE Note CAUTION: • Check ATF, gear oil and rear diff erential oil before dri ving. • Place the shift lev er in “ N ” position during towi ng. • Do not lift up the rear wheels to avoi d unsteady rotation. • Turn the i gnition key to “ ACC ” , then check the steering wheel moves freely.
