9 INTEGRA TED INST ALLA TION INSTR UCTIONS ELECTRICAL REQUIREMENTS A 220-240 V AC, 50 / 60 Hz, 10 amp circuit breaker and electrical supply are required.
10 INTEGRA TED INST ALLA TION SPECIFICA TIONS PL UMBING REQUIREMENTS For Integrated models with an automatic ice maker , rough in the water supply line. Connect the 6,35 mm water line from the ice maker water valve to the copper water supply . Use an easily accessible shut-off valve between the water supply and the unit.
11 INTEGRA TED INST ALLA TION INSTR UCTIONS PA N E L CONSIDERA TIONS DOOR AND DRA WER P ANELS T o install door and drawer panels, refer to the instructions under Panel Installation on page 18. Y ou should check panel dimensions and placement before proceeding with installation of the Integrated unit.
12 UNP ACKING AND MO VING Uncrate the unit, remove its wood base and discard the shipping bolts that hold the wood base to the bottom of the unit. Remove all packing materials and tape. IMPORT ANT NOTE: Do not discard the kickplate / grille, anti-tip bracket and hardware.
13 ANTI-TIP BRACKET INST ALLA TION W OOD FLOOR APPLIC A TIONS Use the six # 12 x 63,5 mm wood screws and the six #12 flat washers provided. Drill pilot holes 5 mm diameter maximum, and be sure that the screws penetrate through the flooring material and into the wall plate a minimum of 19 mm.
14 ANTI-TIP BLOCKING BRA CKET INST ALL CONCRETE WEDGE ANCHORS 1) Drill a 10 mm diameter hole any depth exceeding the minimum embedment. Clean the hole or continue drilling additional depth to accommodate drill fines. Use a carbide drill bit. 2) Assemble the washer and nut flush with the end of anchor to protect threads.
15 Pre-level the unit before moving into position. This is to allow the unit to engage the anti-tip bracket properly . Slide the unit into position, making sure the anti-tip bracket is engaged properly . Screw the front leveling legs out approximately 5 mm to make any future adjustments easier .
16 MOLDING INST ALLA TION The decorative white molding strips for the side and top of the unit can be snapped into place. The top molding strip used on Integrated tall units, must be installed before the side molding can be attached. The top molding strip is held in place by double-sided velcro fasteners.
17 In areas with water of high mineral content, the use of an in-line water filter is recom- mended. Make sure the filter is positioned and accessible for replacement when necessary . IMPORT ANT NOTE: The ice maker will not fill with water immediately .
18 PA N E L INST ALLA TION The integrated design uses custom wood or other decorative panels and handles provided by the customer . Stainless steel panels are available as sales accessories through your Sub-Zero dealer . T o obtain local dealer infor- mation, visit our website, subzero.
19 PA N E L INST ALLA TION If you have questions, contact your Sub-Zero dealer or cabinet supplier . Additional panel information can be found in the Sub-Zero Design Guide. DOOR P ANEL INST ALLA TION Remove the two pieces of mounting hardware attached to the front of the door and set aside.
DRA WER P ANEL INST ALLA TION Remove the mounting hardware provided and set aside. As with the door panel, you should work on the back side of each drawer panel and protect the fronts of these panels. Position the top edge of the template flush with the top edge of each drawer .
21 PA N E L INST ALLA TION T o help with the placement of the drawer panels, examine the lower ’L ’ bracket and panel to determine the slotted holes on the bracket that will be used. Then position screws into the lower portion of the drawer that correspond with these slots.
22 INST ALLA TION CHECKLIST The importance of the installation of the Sub-Zero Integrated unit cannot be overemphasized. Proper installation is the responsibility of the selling dealer or installer .
SERVICE INFORMA TION If service is necessary , maintain the quality built into your Sub-Zero unit by calling a Sub-Zero dealer . When calling for service, you will need the model and serial number of your unit. Both numbers are listed on the product rating plate located inside the cabinet, to the left of the upper drawer .

30 ESPECIFICACIONES DE INST ALACIÓN INTEGRABLE REQUISIT OS DE FONT ANERÍA En el caso de los modelos integrables con fabricador de cubitos de hielo automático, ubique la toma de agua. Conecte el conducto de agua de 6,35 mm desde la válvula del fabricador de cubitos de hielo hasta el tubo de cobre de la toma de agua.

32 DESEMB ALAJE Y DESPLAZA- MIENT O Desembale la unidad, quite la base de madera y deseche los tornillos que sujetan esta base a la parte inferior de la unidad para el trans- porte.

34 SOPOR TE DE BLOQUEO ANTIVUEL CO INST ALA CIÓN DE ANCLAJES DE EXP ANSIÓN P ARA HORMIGÓN 1) Haga un agujero de 10 mm de diámetro con una profundidad superior al incrustado mínimo. Limpie el agujero o continúe tala- drando para hacer el agujero más profundo y que quepan los residuos en él.
35 Nivele la unidad antes de desplazarla para colo- carla en su sitio, con el fin de que la unidad quede enganchada al soporte anti-vuelco correctamente. Deslice la unidad hasta su sitio y asegúrese de que el soporte anti-vuelco queda enganchado correcta- mente.
36 INST ALA CIÓN DE LA MOLDURA Los frentes decorativos de moldura blanca para el lateral y la parte superior de la unidad pueden encajarse en su ubicación. El frente de moldura superior que se utiliza en las unidades altas integrables debe instalarse antes de la moldura lateral.
37 En aquellas zonas en las que el agua tiene un alto contenido mineral, se recomienda utilizar un filtro en el conducto de agua. Este filtro debe estar colocado de modo que se pueda acceder a él fácilmente cuando sea necesario sustituirlo. 38 INST ALA CIÓN DEL PA N E L En el diseño integrable se utilizan tiradores y paneles decorativos de madera o de otros mate- riales que el cliente proporcione. Existen paneles de acero inoxidable como accesorios opcionales que se pueden solicitar al distribuidor de Sub- Zero.

INST ALA CIÓN DE LOS P ANELES DE LOS CAJONES Retire las piezas de montaje suministradas y déjelas a un lado. Del mismo modo que con el panel de la puerta, debe trabajar sobre el lado trasero de cada panel de cajón y proteger la parte delantera para que no sufra daños.
41 INST ALA CIÓN DEL PA N E L Le resultará más fácil colocar los paneles de los cajones si examina previamente el panel y el soporte inferior en L y decide qué agujeros ranurados del soporte va a utilizar . 52 DEB ALLA GE ET DEPLAC EMENT DE L ’APP AREIL Dégagez l’appareil, enlevez le socle en bois et jetez les écrous qui retiennent le socle à la base de l’appareil.
53 INST ALLA TION DU SUPPOR T ANTIBASCULEMENT SUR UN PLANCHER DE BOIS Utilisez les six vis à bois n° 12 x 63,5 mm et les six rondelles plates n° 12 fournies. Assurez- vous que les pièces d'ancrage et les vis sont solidement maintenues en place.
54 SUPPOR T ANTIB ASCULEMENT INST ALLA TION DES ANCRAGES A CALE POUR SOL EN BET ON 1) Percez un trou de 10 mm de diamètre à une profondeur excédant l’enfouissement minimum. Nettoyez le trou ou continuez à percer plus profond afin d’enfoncer les mèches fines.
55 Surélevez l’appareil avant de le mettre à sa place. V ous pourrez ainsi enclencher le support antibasculement correctement. Faites glisser l’appareil à sa place, en vous assurant que le support antibasculement est correctement engagé.
56 POSE D E S MOULURES Les bandes blanches des moulures décoratives pour le côté et le dessus de l’appareil peuvent s’agrafer . Sur les appareils hauts intégrables, vous devez poser la bande de moulure supérieure avant de fixer la moulure sur le côté.
57 Dans les endroits où l’eau a une teneur élevée en minéraux, il est recommandé d’utiliser un filtre en ligne. Assurez-vous que le filtre est accessible et placé de façon à pouvoir être remplacé au besoin. REMARQUE IMPORT ANTE : La fabrique de glaçons ne se remplira pas d’eau immédiate- ment.
58 P O S E DES P ANNEAUX Les panneaux personnalisés en bois ou autres panneaux décoratifs, ainsi que les poignées des modèles intégrables, sont fournis par le client. Les panneaux en acier inoxydable sont disponibles en tant qu’accessoires de vente auprès de votre revendeur Sub-Zero.

POSE DE P ANNEAU DE TIR OIR Retirez la quincaillerie de montage fournie et mettez-la de côté. Comme avec le panneau de porte, vous devriez travailler sur le côté arrière de chaque panneau de tiroir et protéger la façade. Faites affleurer le bord supérieur du gabarit au bord supérieur de chaque tiroir .
61 P O S E DES P ANNEAUX Pour faciliter la mise en place des panneaux de tiroir , examinez le support en « L » et le panneau inférieurs afin de déterminer les trous allongés du support qui seront utilisés. Ensuite, plantez les vis qui correspondent à ces trous dans la section inférieure du tiroir .

Collegare la linea idrica da 6,35 mm dalla valvola idrica del fabbricatore del ghiacco al tubo idrico in rame.

72 DISIMB ALLA GGIO E SPOST A- MENT O Disimballare l’unità, togliere la base in legno e gettare i bulloni di spedizione che tengono la base in legno fissa al fondo dell’unità. T ogliere tutto il materiale ed il nastro di imballaggio. NOT A IMPORT ANTE: non gettare lo zoccolo/ la griglia, la piastra antiribaltamento e la bulloneria.
73 INST ALLAZIONE DELLA B ARRA ANTIRIBAL T AMENT O APPLICAZIONE PER P A VIMENTI IN LEGNO Usare le sei viti per legno #12 x 63,5 mm e le sei rondelle piatte #12 in dotazione.
74 BARRA DI BLOCCO ANTIRIB AL T A- MENT O INST ALLAZIONE DEI T ASSELLI PER CEMENT O 1) Praticare un foro con diametro di 10 mm con profondità superiore all’incasso minimo. Pulire il foro o continuare a perforare più in profondità per depositare la polvere.
75 Pre-livellare l’unità prima di posizionarla. Questo consente di azionare correttamente la barra antiribaltamento. Far scorrere in posizione l’unità accertandosi che la barra antiribaltamento sia azionata corret- tamente. Estrarre i piedini di livellamento anteri- ore per circa 5 mm per facilitare eventuali rego- lazioni future.
76 INST ALLAZIONE DELLA MOD ANA TURA È possibile far scattare in posizione la striscia bianca di modanatura decorativa per i punti laterale e superiore dell’unità. La modanatura superiore usata sulle unità verticali integrate va installata prima di fissare la modanatura laterale.
77 In zone geografiche con acqua ad alto contenuto minerale, si consiglia l’uso di un filtro idrico. Accertarsi che il filtro sia posizionato ed accessi- bile per cambiarlo quando necessario. NOT A IMPORT ANTE: il fabbricatore del ghiaccio nonsi riempie subito di acqua.
78 INST ALLAZIONE DEI P ANNELLI Il design integrato usa legno su misura o altri pannelli o pezzi decorativi forniti dal cliente. Sono disponibili pannelli in acciaio inossi- dabile come accessori in vendita presso il proprio rivenditore Sub-Zero di zona.

INST ALLAZIONE DEI P ANNELLI PER CASSETTI T ogliere la bulloneria di montaggio in dotazione e riporla di lato. Come con il pannello della porta, procedere dal lato posteriore dei singoli pannelli, proteggendone la parte posteriore. Posizionare il bordo superiore della mascherina a filo con il bordo superiore dei singoli cassetti.
81 INST ALLAZIONE DEI P ANNELLI Per favorire il posizionamento dei pannelli dei cassetti, controllare la piastra a L inferiore ed il pannello per determinare quali fori verranno usati sulla piastra. Posizionare quindi le viti nella sezione inferiore del cassetto che corrispondono a queste fessure.
82 CHECK LIST PER L ’INST ALLAZIONE L ’importanza di una corretta installazione delle unità integrate Sub-Zero integrata non può essere mai sottovalutata. Un’installazione corretta è responsabilità del concessionario che vende l’unità o di chi la installa.
