With t he USBthere, USB devices ca n be located up to 50 meters from the host computer.
User Guide 3 The Remote Unit The Remote Unit connects to the USB dev ice using a convention al USB cable. The USBthere USB110 EXT allows you to co nnect one full-speed or lo w-speed USB device. The USBthere USB1 20EXT allows you to connect two full-speed or low-speed USB devices.

Determ ine where you want to locate the USB device. 3. If y ou are using s urface cabling, ensure y ou have enough Category 5 UTP cabling to connect t he two locations.
