1 Introduction The 410VDSLEXT 10/100 4 P or t VDSL2 Ethernet Extender Kit over Single P air Wire lets you span a 10/100 network ov er long distances (up to 1km) to multiple users or network segments while maintaining high-speed network connectivity .

3 Inst allation Hardware Installation 1. Place each VDSL Extender unit at their respectiv e end-point locations. Make sure an AC electrical outlet is located nearb y . 2. Connect the included power adapters to the pair of VDSL Extender units. The P ower LED should light up solid.
4 Setup Wizard (CPE Modem only) The Setup Wizard allows f or quick and easy configuration of the most common settings (W AN) f or the VDSL Extender . Adv anced Menu System This section allows f or general configuration/administr ation of the VDSL Extender unit.

6 W AN This section can configure how the b uilt-in VDSL Modem connects to a DSL Internet Ser vice Provider (ISP) through the “Line” RJ11 connector. The modem suppor ts Dynamic IP , Static IP and PPP oE modes. LAN The LAN section is used to configure the IP address and DHCP server on the RJ45 Ethernet side of the VDSL Extender unit.
7 NA T This section is used to configure the advanced f eatures on the Ethernet side of the VDSL Extender unit. This include “Virtual Ser ver”, “P or t Mapping” and DMZ settings.
