10 620-7992 Rev 001 The St ar Trac Personal Viewing Screen is different f or each of your Star Trac S-Series Cardio products. Make sur e you have the pr oper kit for the S-Serie s product you are inst alling. The S-UBx, S-RBx and S-TBTx will follow the same basic steps for installation.
11 620-7992 Rev 001 STEP 4. Replace the TV control pad: • Using a #2 Phillip scre wdriver, f asten th e TV c on- trol p ad with the (3) screws and install t he wire- less HR rec eiver back to the s ame location.
12 620-7992 Rev 001 STEP 7. Unpack the TV kit f rom the PVS pa ckage a nd pull out the (4) cable s f rom the square hole on the neck bracke t. STEP 8. Connect the (4) cables o n th e TV Kit with the (.
13 620-7992 Rev 001 STEP 3. Now, replace the TV ke ypad on the f ront dis- play. Caref ully rem ove the labe l of the center console with a f lat screw driver. A nd then, re- move t he (4) s crews that h old the center con- sole in p lace. Retain a ll the sc rews for later use.
14 620-7992 Rev 001 STEP 4. Insert t he keypad cable into the oblong hole of the console, and plug it int o the board (as shown on the right figure). Plug in the Interface remote control cable (5- contacts), pow er-in cabl e (2-contacts), and po wer -out cable (2-contacts) to each header as shown on the right figure.
15 620-7992 Rev 001 STEP 1. Using a #2 Phillips screwdriver, loo sen the (2) screws that hold th e front neck shroud in place (but, don’t ta ke them off) and pull the neck shroud up as shown.
