STEP # 1 - UNPA CK A ND A SSEM BLE M AIN FRA M E: 1. Remove and unwrap all product from shipping b oxes. Lay all parts out in a clean open area to prepare for assembly . 2. Locate the MAIN F RAME, SIDE FRAME LEFT and SIDE FRAME RIGHT as shown below . 3.
STEP # 2 - A SSE MBL E LEVE RA GE A RM S: 1.Locate one of th e LEVE RAGE ARMS, slide it onto the corresponding shaft as show below , the side of the le verage arms that has b earing and seal pre-installed will s lide onto the corresponding shaft first.
STEP # 3 – A SS EMB LE CAM ASSEMBLY A ND LEVERAGE C URL A RM S : 1. Sl ide one of the CAM ASSEMBLY S onto the mount of the M ain Fram e as show n, the side of CAM ASSE MBLY that has shaft slide onto the mount first.
STEP # 4: INSTA L L BELT 1. Install the BELT PIVOT MOUNT onto the LEV ERAGE ARM, using one (M16x45MM SHOULD BOLT) , tw o (M16 FLAT W ASHER), and one (M12 NYLOCK NUT ) as shown below .
STEP # 5: INSTA LL SEA T ASSEMB LY 1. Install SEAT ASSEMBLY and A SSEMBLY FROM ST EP #4 , using four (M8x16MM SOCKET HEAD BOLTS), four (M8 FLAT W ASHER) as shown below.
STEP # 6 – INSTA LL WEIG HT STORA GE, BEARING END CA PS: 1.Install the W EIGH T HORN weldment and BACKING PLATE using tw o (M8 X 75MM, SOCKET HEAD BOLTS) four (M8,FLAT W ASHERS) and two (M8, NYLOCK NUT S). Tighten to specified torque using a 6M M hex key and 13MM wrench.
