7 STEP 1 Atta ch the FRONT ST ABILIZER(2) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with CARRIAGE BOL TS(M8x1.25x75mm) (64), ARC W ASHERS(M8)(87), LOCK W ASHERS(M8)(89), a nd ACOR N NUTS(M8x1.25)(85). STEP 2 Atta ch the REAR ST ABILIZER(3) to the MAIN FRAME(1) with BUTTON HEAD BOL TS(M8x1.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 8 Bra cket Ca ble End Spring Hook Metal Fitting STEP 3 Refer to the inset drawing. Lay the UPRIGHT(6) on the floor close to the front of the MAIN FRAME(1). Set the TENSION K NOB(25) on the UPRIGHT(6) at position 8, so the CABLE END of the TENSION K NOB KNOB(25) extends out of the metal fitting a s far a s possible.
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS Pla ce the front end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) on the ROLLER(58) of the FRONT ST ABILIZER(2). Connect the ba ck end of the RIGHT PEDAL ARM(5) to the RIGHT CRANK(36). Thre ad the RIGHT PEDAL SHAFT(42) into the RIGHT CRAN K (36) a nd tighten securely .
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS RIGHT LEFT 10 Shaft Look down from the top L R STEP 8: There is a n "L" decal on the LEFT HANDLEBAR(8), a nd an "R" decal on the RIGHT HANDLEBAR (9). T o a ssemble the RIGHT HANDLEBAR( 9), pla ce a SP ACER(51) and a LAR GE W ASHER(M16)(52) on the right side of the SHAFT on the UPRIGHT(6).
ASSEMBL Y INSTRUCTIONS 11 STEP 1 1 Refer to illustration A. T ie the STRAP to the plug end of the PULSE SENSOR WIRE(27). Pull the STRAP from the s quare hole on the top of the UPRIGHT(6) until the PULSE SENSOR WIRE(27) is pulled through a nd extends out of the square hole.
SET UP INSTRUCTIONS 12 Pla ce the M agnetic 1772 Elliptical in the area where it will be used. It is recommended that the M agnetic 1772 Elliptical be pla ced on a n equipment mat. 16 CONDITIONING GUIDELINES How you begin your exercise progra m depends on your physical condition. If you have been ina ctive for several years or are severely overwe ight, start slowly a nd increa se your workout time gra dually .
