M ODEL 300 R ESTAURANT R AN GES I NSTALLATION Step 3: Attach Flue Riser and Shelf Assemblies 1. Place the flue riser assembly on the rang e as shown on the approp riate diagram below. 2. Slide the flue riser assembly over the bayonets until it bottoms out, as shown below.

C LEANING M ODEL 300 R ESTAURANT R ANGES BLACK BAKED ENAMEL SURFACES Allow unit to cool somewhat after use and wash exteri or with a hot, mild detergent or soap sol ution; particularly clean off all grease depo sits .
M ODEL 300 R ESTAURANT R AN GES C LEANING OVEN INTERIOR (STANDARD-TYPE OVEN) Allow oven to cool. Remove porcelai n enameled oven bottom. Clean by rubbing with strong detergent and Brillo pad or similar scrubber. “Spill-overs” should b e cleaned from the bottom as soon as p ossible to prevent carbonizing and a “burnt-on” co ndition.

Loosen screw and rotat e mixer cap until a clear, st able blue flame is obtain ed. The flame should not be yellow tipped nor should it blow off the burner po rts.
