Insert two R6 (size AA) batteri es by matchi ng the 3 and # ends on the batteries to the markings insid e the battery compartment. When using the remote, p oint i t at the remote se nsor on the re cord er.

46 Timer Recor ding (Stand ard/ EPG) You can set the timer fo r a total o f 30 programmes up to one m onth in ad vance. There are two methods to set the ti mer: the standa rd metho d and EPG method. • Standard: Set the date, time, and pro gramme posit ion of the pr ogramm e manual ly.
