GB 14 Recor ding/Play back Recording • In the default setting, movies are recorded with AVCH D and MP4 format simultaneous ly (Dual Video REC). MP4 format is easy for play ing back your mo vie s on a sma rtp hone , fo r u plo adi ng to a ne two rk, o r for uploading to the Web.
