INTRODUCTION Thank you for pur chasing Sonance V irtuoso® D-series in-wall speakers. When properly installed, these speakers will give y ou many y ears of entertainment pleasure. T o get the most out of your new speak ers, please read this manual thoroughly before y ou begin installation.

PREP ARING THE INS T ALLATION LOCA TION All Sonance speak ers are designed to be relati vely insensiti ve to variations in enclosure volume. T o achieve the ultimat e perfor mance from your speak ers, a section of the ceiling bay can be sectioned-off to form a back box.
4 3. Tighten the six scr ews on the front of the speak er baffle. The Rot oLock clamps will automatically rotate int o position and begin clamping the speaker (see Illustration 8 ). • W hen you notice resistance on the scr ews the speaker has been clamped successfully .
