This product employs overload prot ection (fuse). A blown fuse indicates an overload or short-circuit situation. If the fuse blows, unplug the product from the out let.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICA TIONS 4 WARNING : This fan is equipped with a pol arized plug (one blade is wider than the other). The plug is in- tended to fit into a power outle t only one way, with the wide bl ade in the wide slot. This is a safety feature; if you are unable to insert the plug fully into the outlet, try re versing the plug.
ASSEMBL Y 5 WARNING : DO NOT plug in fan before assembly. Tools required: Phillips screwdriver (not included) Fan Assembly: 1. Assemble the fan base by inserting the back base pi ece (1) into the front b ase piece (2). Use the included screws (3) to secure the base together.
OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS Using Fan Controls (Set fa n on a stable, level surface) 1. Turn the fan on and off by pressing the POWER button located on the control p anel or the included remote control. 2. Adjust the speed setting by pressi ng the FAN SPEED button on the control panel or the remote control.
CLEANING & MAINTENANCE 1. Turn the fan off and unplug the unit. 2. Wipe the fan down with a damp cl oth for most efficient operation. 3. Air dry the fan completely before use. 4. Never use abrasive cleaning agents or solvents. This may cause damage or deterioration to th e surface of the unit.
W ARRANTY One Year Limited Warranty Soleus International Inc. warrants the accompanying Soleus Air Fan to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the applications specified in its operation instruction for a period of ONE (1) year from the date of original retail purchase in the United States.
