6 Section 2 - OPERA TING INSTRUCTIONS 2.1 PRE-STA RT CHECK LIST Make the following check s and perf orm the s ervice required bef ore each start-up. 2.1.1. Chec k guards , deflectors, gr ass bag, adapter and cover s to mak e sure all are in place and s ecurely tightened.

Ref er to Section “Starting Engine & Blade”. 3. Move wheel drive control against handle to engage wheel drive and propel m ower forward.

If liquid grease IS NOT visible on the input gear (the s mall gear below the plug hole), add an am ount, to cover gear, of Snapper “00” greas e.
