Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE CAREFUL READING OF THIS MANUAL AN D ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.
Introduction ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE CONTROL KNOBS ARE IN THE “ZERO” (OFF) POSITION WHEN YOU FINISH USING THE OVEN. NEVER PUT INFLAMMABLE OBJECTS IN THE OVEN: THEY COUL D BE ACCIDENTALLY CATCH LIGH T AND CAUSE FIRES. DURING USE THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT.
Instructions for the installer 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical co nnection Check that the mains vo ltage and power cable ratings ar e as per the information provided on the label attach ed to the oven door frame.

Instructions for the installer 2.2 Installing the oven The oven is designed for installation into any piec e of furniture as long as it is heat-resistant. Proceed accord ing to the dimensi ons shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top, foll ow the dimensions given in Figure 3 .

Chrome shelf: useful for holdi ng cooking vessels. Grill mesh: for placing above grill pan to allow juices to drip into pan b elow .
Instructions for the user 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode pr eheating shou ld be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. Thi s cons iderably shortens cook ing times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.

Instructions for the user 7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE Before carrying out any maintenan ce, switch off the power supply to the machine. 7.1 Cleaning stainless steel To keep stainless steel i n good condition it shoul d be cleaned regular ly after use.
