Instructions f o r the user 76 5.1 Using the rack or tray The racks and tr ays are equipped with a mechanical safety lock which pre vents them from being taken out accidentally . T o inser t the rack or tra y correctly , check that the lock is f acing downwards (as shown in the figure at the side).

Instructions f o r the user 92 6.11 Selecting a recipe The appliance is equipped with preset re cipes and 3 free recipes. A recipe is a combination of preset functions, temperatures, cooking times and shelf position for the dish. In the ON state only , a recipe can be selected by simply turning the ON/OFF knob to the right or left.
Instructions f or the user 93 6.11.1 Modifying the set data During cooking with a recipe, it is possible to modify the preset temperature by tur ning the temperature selection knob . T o alter the time, press the temperature selection knob then turn it right or left.
