INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. Instructions for the installer 6 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical connection Check that the mains vo ltage and power cable ratings ar e as per the information provided on the label attach ed to the oven door frame.
Instructions for the installer 7 2.2 Installing the oven The oven is designed for installation into any piec e of furniture as long as it is heat-resistant. Proceed acc ording to the dimensions s hown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top, follow the dim ensions given in Figure 3 .

Instructions for the user 17 4. USE OF THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250 ° C) long enough to burn any manufacturing oi ly residues which could give the food a b ad taste.
Instructions for the user 18 5. A V AILABLE A CCESSORIES The oven features 4 support positions for shelves and pans of different height. Some models do not feature all accessories. Chrome shelf: useful for holding cooking vessels. Grill mesh: for placing above grill pa n to allow juices to drip into pan below .
Instructions for the user 19 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating should be carried o ut at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This consider ably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.
