Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SA FE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN A N ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE CAREFUL READING OF THIS MANUAL AN D ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS THEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.

Instructions for the installer 6 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electrical connection Check that the mains vo ltage and power cable ratings are as per the information provided on the label attach ed to the oven door frame.
Instructions for the installer 2.2 Installing the oven The oven is designed for installation into any piece of furniture as long as it is heat- resistant. Proceed according to th e dimensions shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . For installing under a work top, follow the dimensions given in Figure 3 .
Instructions for the user 8 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS 3.1 Front control panel All the oven controls are grou ped together o n the front panel. Before using the oven check that the electr onic programmer is showing the symbol (see paragraph “3.2 Electronic programmer”.
Instructions for the user THERMOSTAT CONTROL KNOB Cooking temperature is selected by turning the knob clockwise to the desired setting, b etween 50 ° and 250 °C.

Instructions for the user 3.2.3 Programming Cooking duration time: the 2 nd button can be us ed to set the cooking time. Before setting it, turn the thermostat to the cook ing temperature of choice and the function selector knob to any setting.

Instructions for the user 18 4. USE OF THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250 °C) lo ng enough to burn any manufacturing oi ly residues which could give the food a b ad taste.

Chrome shelf: useful for holding cooking vessels. Grill mesh: for placing above grill pa n to allow juices to drip into pan below .
Instructions for the user 20 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating s hould be carried o ut at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This consi derably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, as well as giving better cooking results.
Instructions for the user 6.2 Fan cooking FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH 50 ÷ 250°C This system is suitable fo r cooking on several leve ls, including different types of food (fish, meat etc.), with out the tastes and smells mingling. Air circulation in the oven ensures a uniform dist ribution of heat.
Instructions for the user 22 6.4 Fan grilling FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH 200 Ensures uniform heat distrib ution with greater heat pe netration into the food. Food will be lightly brow ned on the outside and remain soft inside. Keep the oven door closed during cooking.
Instructions for the user 6.6 Defrosting FUNCTION SWITCH THERMOSTAT SWITCH IN POSITION 0 The flow of air produced by the fan ensures quicker defrosting. The air circulating inside the ov en is at room temperature. The advantage of defrosting a t room te mperature is that it does not alter the taste and appearanc e of the food.

Instructions for the user 26 7. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE NEVER USE A STEAM JET TO CLEAN THE APPLIANCE. Before carrying out any maintenance, switch off the power supply to the machine. 7.1 Cleaning stainless steel To keep stainless steel in good cond ition it should be cleaned regularl y after use.
Instructions for the user • Clean the oven gril l and side guides with hot water and non-abrasiv e detergent. Rinse and dry. • The oven should be oper ated at t he maximum temperature for about 15/20 minutes after using specific pr oducts, to eliminate the residues deposited inside the oven.
