35 Instructions f or the installer 2. INST ALLA TION 2.1 Electric al connectio n Make sure the v oltage an d the cro ss-section of the pow er cord match the specifications indicate d on the identification plate p ositioned on the frame of the o v en door .
36 Instructions f or the installer 2.2 P ositioning the oven The ov en is designed f or mounti ng into any piece of furniture as long as it is heat-resi stant. Proceed according to the dimensions shown in Figures 1 , 2 and 3 . F or installing under a wor k top , f ollow the dimensions given in Figure 1 - 3 .
37 Instructions f or the user 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS 3.1 The fro nt panel All the ov en controls are grouped together on the fro nt panel. At first use or after a power outag e, press the centre button for 1 / 2 seconds to enable the oven for cooking.
38 Instructions f or the user THERMOSTAT KNOB The cooking temperature is selected by tur ning the knob clockwise to the desired setting, between 50 ° and 250 °C . THERMOSTAT INDICATOR LIGHT (ORANGE) The light comes on to i ndicate that th e ov en i s heating up.

40 Instructions f or the user 3.2.2 Timer • This function does n ot stop cooking; it simply activa tes the buzz er . Press and the display will light up as shown in figure 1; • Within 6/7 seconds, press the or ke ys to set the timer .
41 Instructions f or the user • Once cooking has star ted the di splay will show the current time, represented by the constantly illuminated segments, and the minutes left to the end of the co oking time, represented by the flashing segments (each flashing segment me ans 12 minutes of cooking time left).
42 Instructions f or the user • Here we can see a programming e xample: the current time is 7:06 and co oking is programmed to star t at 8.00 and end at 9.00. • At 8 o'cloc k the inside segments between 8 and 9 will star t to flash, while the hours hand wil l remain still.
43 Instructions f or the user 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 W arnings and ge neral advice Bef ore using the ov en f or the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature ( 250°C ) long enough to burn any manuf actur ing oily residues which could give the f ood a bad smell.
44 Instructions f or the user 4.4 Attent ion • Grill ing processes must never last more than 60 minutes. • The oven door must be closed during grill and grill + rotisseri e cooking operations . • Accessib le parts may be very hot during an d after use of the grill; keep children well away fro m the appliance.
45 Instructions f or the user 5. A V AILABLE A CCES SORIES The ov en features 4 runners f or positioning pans and racks at diff erent heights. Not all accessories are provided on some models. Rack: useful for holding cooking contai ners. Pan rack: for placing on top of a pan for cooking foods which may d rip.
46 Instructions f or the user 6. COOKING HINTS In fan-assisted mode preheating sh ould be carried out at 30/40°C above the cooking temperature. This considerably shortens cooking times and reduces power consumption, a s well as giving b etter cooking results.
47 Instructions f or the user 6.2 Hot-air c ooking FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT 50 ÷ 250°C This system is suitable for cooking on several levels, in cluding different types of food (fish, meat etc.), without tastes and smells min gling. Air circulation in the oven ensures a uniform hea ting.
48 Instructions f or the user 6.4 Hot-air grilling FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT 200 Ensures unifo rm heating with g reater heat pen etration i nto the food. Food will be lightly browned on the outside and remain soft inside . Keep the oven door closed during cooking.
49 Instructions f or the user 6.6 Thawin g FUNCTIONS SWITCH THERMOSTAT IN POSITION 0 The movement of air ensu red by the fan causes faster thawing of foo ds. The air circulating insi de the ov en is at room temperature. Thawing at room temperature has th e advantage of no t altering the taste and appearance of the food.

Before any intervention that re quires acces s to live par ts, disconnect the power sup ply of the applia nce. 7.1 Cleaning st ainless steel To keep stainless steel in good conditi on it shoul d be cleaned regu larly after use.
