21 Instructions f or the installer 2. O VEN INST ALLA TION 2.1 P ositioni ng The ov en must be installed on a free-standing hor izontal work top. The distance from the rear wall must allow easy access to the ter minal board f or connection of the power supply cab le.
22 Instructions f or the installer 2.2.1 Safety thermostat The ov en is equipped with a saf ety de vice that takes action in case of ser ious malfunction.
23 Instructions f or the User 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTR OLS START BUTTON This b utton lets you star t cooking operations or perf or m a rapid cooling cycle when they are finished. In the steam model it star ts the humidification cycle . STOP BUTTON This b utton lets y ou stop cooking at any time.
24 Instructions f or the User 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 W arnings and general advi ce When using the oven f or the first time, heat it up to its maximum temperature for a duration long enough to burn off any oily residues from the manuf actur ing process.
