Introduction 1. INSTRUCTIONS FOR SAFE AND PR OPER USE THIS MANUAL IS AN INTEGRAL PART OF THE APPLIANCE AND THEREFORE MUST BE KEPT IN ITS ENTIRETY AND IN AN ACCESSIBLE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE WORKING LIFE OF THE OVEN. WE ADVISE READING THIS MANUAL AND ALL THE INSTRUCTIONS HEREIN BEFORE USING THE OVEN.
Introduction ALWAYS CHECK THAT THE CONTROL KNOBS ARE IN THE 0 (OFF) POSITION WHEN YOU FINISH USING THE OVEN. NEVER PUT FLAMMABLE OBJECTS IN THE OVEN: THEY MAY IGNITE ACCIDENTALLY AND CAUSE FIRES. THE APPLIANCE BECOMES VERY HOT DURING USE. WEAR HEAT- PROOF GLOVES AT ALL TIMES.
Instructions for the installer 2. INST ALLA TION OF THE O VEN The oven must be s et up on a perfectly flat surface and left standing free. Make sure to allow eno ugh room at the back for easy access to the terminal block for connection of the power c able to the mains.
Instructions for the installer 2.2 Levelling Adjust the four feet so as to leve l the oven. To do this, loo sen the lock nut and unscrew the foot. The range of adjustment of the screw is 10 mm. 2.3 Steam exhaust pipe An exhaust pipe is fitted on the back of the oven to allow the discharge of steam during cook ing.
Instructions for the user 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS START BUTTON Use this button to set the time when turning on the appliance for the first time o r after a power failure, scroll through preset programs and star t cooking cycles. On 90 cm models, it also selects the operating power.
Instructions for the user 4. USE OF THE O VEN 4.1 Warnings and general advice When using for the first time, it is advis able to heat up the oven to its maxi mum temperature for enough time to burn off any possible oily manufacturing residues.
Instructions for the user 4.3 Program selection This oven has 10 different cooking program s, including: 5 preset programs for fan-mode cooking (P1 to P5); 4 user-editable programs for fan-mode cooki ng (P6 to P9), 1 "easy" user-editable program for fan-mode cooking.
Instructions for the user display will only show the countdown from 60 to zero se conds (end of cooking time). When all the c ooking time has passed, a BEEP will sou nd for 20 seconds and the display will show “ End ”. During these 20 sec onds the user can extend the co oking time as required, in manual mode , as follows.

Instructions for the user Press STOP to display the next parameter. The display shows U t°C. Press START to display the cooking temper ature. Press START or keep it pres sed to incr ease the preheating temp erature; each time START is pressed the temperature increments by 1°C (from 30° to 300°).

Before working on the oven, disconnect it from the po wer supply. 5.1 Cleaning stainless steel parts To maintain stainless steel p arts in perfect condition, clean regularly a t the end of the work day.

Take off all removable parts. Remove the side guides by unscrewi ng the ring nut A and slid ing them out of the rear hole B .
