Instructions for the Installer 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a horizontal work- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for conne ction of the power supply lead.
Instructions for the Installer 24 2.2 Safety thermosta t The oven is fitted with a safety devic e tripped in case of a serious malfunction. To reset the safety dev ice, call the after-sales service.
Instructions for the User 3. DESCRIPTION OF CONTROLS STOP BUTTON Use this button to set th e time when tu rning on the appliance for the first time or after a power failure, scroll through preset programs and t erminate cooking cycles.
Instructions for the User 26 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 Precautions and General Advice When the oven is used for the first time, it should be heated to 200°C for long eno ugh to burn off any oily residues left by the manufacturing process.
Instructions for the User P5.5 or P3.0 for single-phase power connection. After selecting the appropriate power, press STOP to confirm the setting. N.B. This power setting operation only has to be carried out the first time the oven is connected. The value set is saved and automatically us ed whenever the oven is switched on after this.
Instructions for the User 28 To edit a humidified fan-mod e program by entering the parameters ex actly as required, turn the knob to one of the programs from P1 to P14. The display shows the parameters c ontained in the selected program. Hold down STOP for 2 seconds.

Instructions for the User 32 4.13 Possible error messages on the display 4.13.1 Err1 This message appears whenever the so ft ware detects that the sensor connector is not properly connected to the electro nic circuit board or has short-circuited. This error resets automatically when the oven’s power su pply is switched off.

Instructions for the User 34 5.2 Cleaning the inside of the oven To keep the oven in g ood condition, it must be clea ned regularly at the end of each day, after allowing it to cool. Remove all rem ovable parts. Remove the side runners by lifting them and sliding them off the supporting pins.
Instructions for the User 5.3 Door glazing The pane of glass in the oven door is very easy to clean since the inside window can be opened. This means that each pane of glass ca n be cleaned on both the inside and the outside. To open the inside pane, simply gently pull out the two points shown in figure 1.
