Instructions for the Installer 24 2. INST ALLING THE O VEN The oven is designed for free-standi ng installation on a horizontal w ork- top. It must be far enough from the wa ll behind it to allow easy access to the terminal board for conne ction of the power supply lead.
Instructions for the Installer 25 The power supply lead supplie d is of H07RN-F type, gauge 3 x 4 mm 2 . For operation at 380-415V2N ∼ or 380 - 415V3N ∼ , the power supply cable has to be replaced with one of H07R N-F type. The gauge of the wires in the new cable m ust be at least 2.

Instructions for the User 28 4. USING THE O VEN 4.1 Precautions and General Advice When the oven is us ed for the first time, it should be heated to the maximum t emperature for lon g enough to burn off any oily residu es left by the manufacturing process.
