Adv anced Design Heat Exchanger The adv anced design of Galaxy’ s heat e xchanger maximizes the tr ansf er of heat from the gas flame to the water in y our heat- ing system. Specially tapered thermal pins in the heat e xchanger system are shaped to ensure that the hot combustion gases “lick” each and e ver y surf ace.
Each Galaxy boiler is tested in our factory , not in y our basement. W e test individual Galaxy boiler sections under pressure of up to 250 p .s.i (at least 20 times the normal residential operating pressure).
