A42378,SEC AX700S O/M 15 CLEAN THE OVEN BEFORE FIRST USE The steam generator heats the water which is used for the cooking process. It must be rinsed before the first use. T o rinse, set the oven for 20 minutes using SUPER ROAST 400°F and touch ST ART without any food in the oven.

These white or gray grains, also called scale, form in the water circuit inside the oven during steam generation, which could cause the oven to malfunction.
