OVEN ©OOKING When cooking a food for the first tlme In your new oven, use time given on recipes as a guide. Your new oven has been set correctly at the factory and Is more apt to be accurate than the oven it replaced. After you have used your oven for awhile, If you feed your oven should be hotter or cooler, you can adjust it yourself.
Most foods can be broiled at the HI Broil Setting. Select the LO Broil setting to avold excessive browning or drying of foods that should be cooked to the well-done stage (such as thick pork chops or poultry).

REMOVABLE KNOBS All control knobs may be removed for easy cleaning by pulling the knob straight off the stem. Be sure that the knob is in the OFF position before removal. Hint: Slip a thin cloth (such as a handkerchief) or a piece of string under and around the knob edge and pull up.
