The media converter Ethernet transceiver 100 Mbps TX/FX enables media transition from 100BASE-TX (twisted pair cabling) to 100BASE- FX (fiber optic). The module conforms to the specifications of IEEE 802.3 respectively ISO/IEC 8802-3. The media converter has a twisted pair (TP) interface (RJ45 socket) and an optical interface (SC).
