Acce ssing Y our Mailbox Fr om Y our Phone Number When you w ant to c heck y our voice mail, email, or f ax messa ges f rom the te lephone, simply c all your acc ess number and follow the prompts. If you are c alling f rom your own phone number , the first time you call in: 1.

To use the computer to c hang e your F ast Login and PIN Sk ip options : 1. Log in to your UC Lit e mailbox. 2. Click the "T elephone" link on the left-h and side of the p age. 3. Click "M y Phone Numbers and Gr eetings.” 4. Click on the p hone number for which you want to speed up telephone login.
To use the computer to cr e ate a distributio n list: 1. Click on the "Addr ess Book" link o n the left-h and side of the pa ge. 2. Click the "Add Dist ribut ion List" butto n. 3. T ype a name for your list, such as "Socce r T e am".

Email Notific ation Email notific ation works similar to the alph anumeric pag er notific ation. For email notif ication you c an enter an email address other than your SBC Unif ied Communicat ions email address to rec eive notific ation of new mess age s in your mailbox.

Altern at e ID (Secondar y Phone Line) This fe ature allows a single mailbo x to answer calls f or diff ere nt telepho ne numbers. If you ha ve two phone numbers in your home or two in your office , you can dir ect all your messag es to a single mailbo x to make retrieving me ssages easier .
