F ollowing chec ks and confir mations should be tak en f or saf ety . Check the f ollo wing things by the time of the cabinet assemb ly after the lens replacement. 1. Check the lens is securely fix ed. 2. Check no parts is missing, or no mounting par t is loose.
Fig-1 Fig-2 Fig-3 Fig-4 SCREW "A" Remov e 2 scre ws-A. Press the button (or remo v e 2 screws-B) on the low er of the front panel and remov e the front panel. Remov e the light-b lock sheet from the light- bloc k sheet base. REMO VE THE LENS CO VER AND LIGHT - BLOCK SHEET (See Figure-1 and 2) 1 1.
3 REMO VE THE LENS (See Figure-5 and 6) Disconnect the Lens Shift connector "K16L" from the circuit board on cabinet left side. Disconnect the Zoom and F ocus connector "K16J" from the circuit board. Remov e the lens motor lead from lead holder .

T ur n the lens cov er to counter-clockwise and pull it tow ard front and remov e the Lens Cov er . Remov e 2 Scre ws-A. Remov e the front cabinet REMO VE THE LENS CO VER AND FRONT CABINET 1 1. 2. 2 REMO VE THE LIGHT -BLOCK SHEET BASE AND LIGHT -BLOCK SHEET (See Figure-2) P erform the steps to f or lens replacement.
4 MOUNT THE LENS (See Figure-5) Remov e protectiv e caps (front and back) on the lens. Mount the lens on lens mounting brac ket with Upper 2 screws . Use the driver (4 mm, Y ellow) included with the lens to f asten the screws . Remov e the low er 2 screws on the Lens .
FOCUS ADJUSTMENT Set up the projector and project image on the screen. 1. Loosen the F ocus Lock Scre w on the lens. 2. Rotate the lens to obtain proper f ocus on center area of the screen. 3. Tighten the F ocus Lock Scre w . When proper f ocus is not obser ved at outer area of the screen, proceed to f ollowing adjustments .

- 9 - LENS ATTACHMENT Part No. (610 275 6029) 4 MOUNT THE LENS Remov e protectiv e caps (front and back) on the optional lens. Mount the lens on the lens attachment with 4 Screws . Connect the lens motor lead connector to the sock et on the lens attachment.
- 10 - FOCUS ADJUSTMENT Set up the projector and project image on the screen. 1. Loosen the F ocus Lock Scre w on the lens. 2. Rotate the lens to obtain proper f ocus on center area of the screen. 3. Tighten the F ocus Lock Scre w . When proper f ocus is not obser ved at outer area of the screen, proceed to f ollowing adjustments .
