6 USE AND CARE INST ALLA TION OF FIL TER CARTRIDGES 1. Remove lter car tridges from packaging. 2. Tightly screw cartridge into hole on bottom side of reservoir to obtain a complete seal with the o-ring, otherwise your water will not read “000”(see ZeroW ater ® Filt er Bottle components on page 4).

The more dissolved solids in your water (or the higher y our TDS reading), the shorter the car tridge life.
