9 OPERATING YOUR WINE CH ILLER It is recommended you ins tall the Wine Chiller in a place wher e the ambient temperature is between 23º-26ºC/ 72º-7 8ºF. If the ambient temperatur e is above or below recomme nde d temperatures, the performance of t he unit may be affected.
10 STORAGE Many bottles may diff er in size and dimensions . As such the act ual number of bottles you may be able to store ma y vary. NOTE: You can place 100 standard bottles and 60 burgundy style bottles in this wine chiller.
11 CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE CHILLER Turn off the power, unplug t he appliance, and remove all items incl uding s helves. Wash the inside surf aces with a warm water and baking soda solut ion. The solution shoul d be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
