9 INSTALLING STAINLESS STEEL HANDLE This wine cellar includes a stainless st eel handle that is not required to operat e t his unit. To install the handle please follow the below instructions: For your convenienc e the screws used in the ins tallation of the handle have be en put in place at the factory.
10 OPERATING YOUR WINE CH ILLER It is recommended you ins tall the Wine Chiller in a place wher e the ambient temperature is between 23º-26ºC/ 72º-7 8ºF. If the ambient temperatur e is above or below recomme nde d temperatures, the performance of t he unit may be affected.
11 NOTE: If the unit is unplugged, power lost , or turned off, you must wait 3 to 5 minutes befor e restarting the unit. If you attempt to rest art b efore this time delay, the Wine Chiller will no t start.
12 CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE CHILLER Turn off the power, unplug t he appliance, and remove all items inc l uding s helves. Wash the inside surf aces with a warm water and baking soda solut ion. The solution shoul d be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
