9 MODEL WC55SSR OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER It is recommended you ins tall the appliance in a place where the ambie nt temperature is bet ween 72- 78 degrees Fahrenheit . If the ambient temperat ure is above or belo w recommended temperat ures, the performanc e of the unit may be affec ted.
10 NOTE: If the unit is unplugged, power los t, or turned off, you must wait 3 to 5 minutes before restarti ng the unit. If you attempt to rest art b efore this time d elay, th e Wine Chiller w ill not start.
11 CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE CHILLER Turn off the power, unplug t he appliance, and remove all items including s helves. Wash the inside surf aces with a warm water and baking soda solut ion. The solution shoul d be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
