9 OPERATING YOUR WINE CH ILLER It is recommended you ins tall the appliance in a place where the ambie nt temperature is bet ween 72º - 78ºF (22º - 26ºC ). If the ambient temper ature is above or belo w recommended temper atures, the performanc e of the unit may be affec ted.
10 STORAGE Many bottles may diff er in size and dimensions . As such the ac tual number of bott les you may be able to store ma y vary. NOTE: Capacity: Bottle capacities are appro ximate maximums when storing tradition al Bordeaux 750 ML bottles and include bulk storage.
11 CARE AND MAINTENANCE CLEANING YOUR WINE CHILLER Turn off the power, unplug t he appliance, and remove all items incl uding shelves. Wash the inside surf aces with a warm water and baking soda solut ion. The solution shoul d be about 2 tablespoons of baking soda to a quart of water.
