7 OPER A TING YOUR W I NE CHILLER It is recom mended you install the W ine C hiller i n a place where t he ambient tem perature is between 23º - 26ºC/ 72º - 78ºF . If the am bient temper ature is above or below recom mended tem peratures, the perform ance of the un it may be aff ected.
8 SETTING THE T E M P E R A TURE CONT ROL You can s et the tem perature by push ing the UP or button on t he control pan el . The temper ature that you d esire to set will increase 1 ºF or 1ºC if you push th e UP butt on once, on th e contrar y the tem per ature will decr eas e 1ºF or 1ºC if you push the button onc e.
9 Vacation Time • Short vac a tions: Leave t he W ine Chiller op erating du ring vacations of less than three week s. • Long vacations : If the a ppliance will not be used for several m onths, rem ove all items and unplug the po wer cord. C lean and dr y the interior th orough ly.
