9 OPER A TING YOUR W I NE CHILLER It is recom mended you install the W ine C hiller i n a place where t he ambient tem perature is between 23º - 26ºC/ 72º - 78ºF . If the am bient temper ature is above or below recom mended tem peratures, the perform ance of the un it may be aff ected.
