9 OPERATING YOUR WINE CHILLER It is recommended you ins tall the Wine Chiller in a place wher e the ambient temperature is between 23º-26ºC/ 72º-7 8ºF. If the ambient temperatur e is above or below recommende d temperatures, the performance of t he unit may be affected.
10 When you store mostly red wines, the temperature which you cont rol by pushing the above t wo buttons need to be s et at between 15º - 19ºC (5 8º - 64ºF). When you store mostly white wines, the temperature needs to be set at between 9º - 14ºC (48º - 57ºF ).
